Design
A single-drawer nightstand to go with the kids bed. At 50 cm it sits close to mattress height, so a child can reach a cup of water lying down. The drawer front has a finger groove instead of a handle, nothing to bump into.
Materials and construction
Solid wood frame with low-VOC panels and the same water-based finish as the bed. The drawer runs on a soft-close slide that will not pinch fingers.
Care and delivery
Wipe wood with a dry cloth and keep it away from damp. Check the bolts every six months. The guardrails come off, so the bed becomes a regular single bed as the child grows. Each piece is built to order and checked before it leaves the factory.
